I have worked with neighborhoods and municipalities to create holistic portraits of community life through data and storytelling. Using land use records, census data, municipal archives, and informational interviews with residents, I constructed community profiles that illuminated local assets and needs.

Using footage of the informational interviews, I produced documentary films that wove residents’ voices into the narrative, making the findings both accessible and compelling. Together, the profiles and films served as tools to spark public dialogue and support participatory decision-making, ensuring that community members could see themselves reflected in the process and have a voice in shaping their future.
