Individual coaching sessions are typically $120-150 (sliding scale) per session, with packages available for ongoing support at reduced rates.

Facilitation and consulting generally range from $125-$175 per hour depending on scope, while workshops and events are quoted based on group size and needs.

Whenever possible, I keep pricing accessible with sliding-scale and collaborative funding models. I also welcome heirloom currencies — forms of exchange that nourish reciprocity and community.

Heirloom currencies are ways of honoring value that go beyond dollars. They include skills, time, art, craft, stories, food, or care — offerings that hold personal meaning and strengthen community. Like heirloom seeds, they’re meant to endure and be shared, carrying connection, intention, and reciprocity across relationships.
